A jar can be infused twice. Normally the second infusion will require a juice or sweet seltzer to be added in addition to your spirit of choice as the cane sugar will be used from the first infusion.

Strain the solids out into a separate container. Then from that container mix the infused spirit with a juice or soda.

For wine based kits it is a full jar. For kits that use other spirits it is more dependent on how strong you would want to make the cocktail mix. For example for a lighter strength you can mix half and half with soda/juice depending on the recipe.

Use up to 2 oz shots of the infused spirit from a strained jar to get 16 servings out of each kit. Mix those shots to turn each serving into a fully formed cocktail.
